Help Build One of Texas' Leading Cosmetic & Implant Dental Practices
We are looking for a creative, energetic, and highly organized person to join our growing team. This is not a traditional marketing job- it's an opportunity to help build the media and marketing engine behind a rapidly growing cosmetic and dental implant practice.

What You'll Do
No two days are exactly the same. Your responsibilities may include:
- Capture photo and video content throughout the office, including patient stories, doctor education, consultations, surgeries and behind the scenes moments.
- Edit engaging short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Help manage and grown our YouTube channel with educational and long-form content.
- Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar.
- Organize our growing library of phots, videos, testimonials. and marketing assets.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to develop ideas, scripts, captions, titles, and efficient content workflow.
- Coordinate with our website and digital marketing partners by providing fresh content and creative assets.
- Assist with Google Business Profile updates, reputation management, and local marketing projects.
- Help with office projects, special events, community outreach, and occasional errands.
- Support the team whenever needed in a growing business environment.
Who We're Looking For

Dental experience is not required. We can teach dentistry. We can't teach curiosity, creativity, initiative, and a strong work ethic.
Preferred Skills
Experience with any of the following is a plus:
CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, YuoTube and Socail Media content creation. Photography and videography, Copywriting, AI tools such as ChatGPT, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or media production.

Within your first six months, you'll help us:
- Publish consistent, high- quality video content every week.
- Build a growing library of patient stories and educational content.
- Expand our YouTube and social media presence.
- Improve our online reputation and brand awareness.
- Help create marketing systems that continue generating content for years to come.
