In this role, the AT&T Team Member serves as the face of the brand at high-energy retail events, helping customers navigate products and services with ease and confidence. As an AT&T Team Member, you’ll recommend the right solutions to answering questions and providing support, this position is key to creating a seamless, engaging, and customer-first experience.
AT&T Team Member Responsibilities
- Interact directly with customers at retail events to promote AT&T products and services
- Build strong customer relationships using a consultative sales approach to uncover needs and recommend sales solutions
- Educate customers on available products, service plans, and promotions
- Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism and care
- Process sales transactions accurately and maintain organized records
- Stay informed on AT&T offerings, updates, and policies
- Represent the brand with professionalism, energy, and a positive attitude
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting retail setup
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while prioritizing customer satisfaction
AT&T Team Member Qualifications
- Background in sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality preferred
- Previous AT&T Team Member experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective listening and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable using technology such as POS systems and CRM tools
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with retail scheduling (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong drive to succeed and help others

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
