Compensation is entirely negotiable and can be salaried or PRN/per visit. Familiarity with WellSky/Kinnser and Andy AI software are a plus!
Full time compensation range: $94,658 to $118,000 per year
- Compensation can be for full time or part time, salaried or PRN/per visit. Pay rates average $45 to $75 per hour depending on geographic availability. Because pay is usually per visit, hourly rates are estimates, based on how efficiently time is used for visit, documentation, and travel. Using the same visit rate, hourly estimates will vary from one clinician to another.

The ideal candidate must be a registered nurse licensed to work in the state of Arizona. Home health experience and Kinnser/Wellsky experience are an asset.
Some of the duties of the home health Registered Nurse include:
- Completing initial assessments of new home-bound patients to determine home care needs
- Regularly re-evaluating patient nursing needs
- Initiating the plan of care and making necessary revisions as patient status and needs change
- Using health assessment data to determine nursing diagnosis
- Developing a care plan, which establishes goals based on nursing diagnosis and incorporates therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions.
- Initiating appropriate preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Counseling the patient and family in meeting nursing and related needs.
- Providing health care instructions to the patient as appropriate per assessment and plan of care
- Identifying discharge planning needs as part of the care plan development and implementing prior to discharge of the patient.
