We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Full-Time Server to join our Culinary Services team. As a Server, you will:

Provide exceptional table service to residents and guests

Take food and beverage orders accurately using a Point of Sale (POS) system

Serve meals promptly while maintaining a welcoming dining experience

Prepare dining rooms before service and complete closing duties after each shift

Ensure tables, dining areas, and service stations remain clean and organized
-
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and respond to requests promptly

Collaborate with cooks, dishwashers, and fellow team members to ensure smooth meal service

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and service standards
- 1–2 years of restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred

Illinois Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer skills; POS experience preferred

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
