Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver goods along assigned routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Manage delivery schedules efficiently, ensuring timely arrivals and departures
- Handle packages (1 lb to 5 lbs) and merchandise with proper technique to prevent injury
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation, including receipts and route logs
Experience
- Prior experience in commercial driving or route driving preferred but not mandatory; military driving experience is a plus
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques and organizational skills for managing deliveries efficiently
- Ability to perform consistently and deliver 100 to 200 packages throughout shifts
- Familiarity with route planning software or GPS devices is advantageous
- All vehicles are accepted
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred but not required
