Responsibilities
- Take and accurately process food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring prompt and friendly service.
- Mix, serve, and garnish drinks with precision, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality in a nightclub or fine dining setting.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and accommodating special requests.
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures, while maintaining accountability for all sales.
- Ensure food safety and proper food handling practices are followed at all times to uphold health standards.
- Assist with catering or banquet events by serving food and beverages seamlessly in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, bar stations, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews.
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency but is not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations gracefully.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for sales processing, and understanding of restaurant math for accurate checkouts.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques to ensure guest safety.
- Experience working in hospitality environments that require multitasking under pressure while maintaining excellent service quality.
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts to serve multiple tables or bar patrons promptly.

Pay: $21.22 - $25.56 per hour
