Pay: $33.00–$50.00/hour

Schedule Information
- Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
- Alternative Schedule: Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday | 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Start Date: ASAP
- Overtime, weekends, and occasional overnight travel may be required
Plumber/Pipefitter Requirements
- Valid Master or Journeyman Plumber’s License
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum of 3 years of licensed plumbing experience
- Commercial service, repair, remodeling, or piping experience
- Experience with boilers, pumps, and building mechanical systems preferred
- Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and installation instructions
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in various environments and weather conditions
- Steel-toed boots required
- Must successfully complete all pre-employment screening requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Install, retrofit, troubleshoot, and repair piping, valves, fittings, and plumbing fixtures
- Work with heating, cooling, water, drainage, and mechanical systems
- Review plans and determine materials and installation requirements
- Measure, cut, thread, fit, and join metal and nonmetal piping
- Test piping and plumbing systems for leaks using water, air, and pressure gauges
- Install and repair fixtures, water heaters, appliances, and water-softening systems
- Troubleshoot and repair leaks, burst pipes, clogged drains, and other plumbing issues
- Maintain and repair boilers, pumps, and related mechanical equipment
- Perform commercial plumbing service and repair work
- Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and project teams
- Follow all applicable safety procedures and job-site requirements
Work Environment
- Work in commercial buildings, mechanical rooms, equipment rooms, and outdoor environments
- Regularly climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, and work in confined spaces
- Work around heights, wet conditions, fumes, vibration, and loud noise
- Exposure to mechanical equipment, electrical hazards, chemicals, and temperature extremes
- Ability to safely perform physically demanding work throughout the shift
