Spring Haven Senior Living is seeking a reliable, professional, and service-oriented Front Desk Concierge to join our team on the overnight shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
This role is the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors and plays a key part in ensuring a safe, welcoming, and well-managed environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to our mission of providing caring and compassionate service.
This is a part-time position, with hours based on the needs of the business. There may be opportunities to transition into a full-time role as needs evolve.

Greet residents, guests, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner

Monitor building access and ensure safety and security during overnight hours

Answer phones and route calls appropriately

Assist residents with requests or concerns promptly and courteously

Maintain accurate logs, reports, and communication for incoming staff

Support administrative and light clerical duties as needed

Ensure the front desk and lobby areas remain clean, organized, and presentable

Previous front desk, concierge, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to remain alert, attentive, and professional during overnight shifts

Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently

Basic computer skills and ability to handle administrative tasks

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively

Must successfully pass a drug screening

Must pass an AHCA Level 2 background check
