Medical Assistant – Pain Management & Interventional Spine Practice
We are seeking a dependable, motivated, and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our growing pain management and interventional spine practice. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment, enjoys working closely with patients, and values teamwork and professionalism.
Schedule
- Tuesday through Friday
- 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Four-day work week
Pay
- Starting at $23/hour
- Compensation based on experience
Responsibilities
- Room patients and obtain vital signs
- Collect and document patient intake information
- Check patients in and assist with front office workflow
- Make patient phone calls regarding appointments, follow-up care, and clinical communication
- Assist physicians and clinical staff with patient care
- Administer injections as directed by providers
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Help ensure efficient clinic flow and excellent patient experience
Qualifications
- Prior medical assistant experience preferred
- Familiarity with eClinicalWorks (eCW) and Healow preferred but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy clinical setting
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Team player who works well with physicians, staff, and patients
