The Minimum Education and Experience (E&E) is REQUIRED to qualify for this position. Management Preferences:
Knowledge of NC General Statues, Federal Directives, Emergency Management Program Guidance, National Incident Management System and Incident Command Principals.
Experienced in self-directing, working under minimal supervision, and working in austere environments for prolonged period of time.
Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written are essential to successful program execution.
Knowledge of appropriate construction of official correspondence and documentation.
Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets and databases.
