Job Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibility is to ensure that all warehouse people and operations are properly tasked and running to par times. Ensuring people are tasked and being efficient to standards is the focus of the position.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations such as welding, laser machines, spray coating and many other production operations.
- Ensure protocols for jobs, specific tooling, and build procedures and techniques are being practiced religiously without deviation
- Manage administrative and operational tasks
- Oversee and effectively manage a team
- Train employees and create/update procedures as needed
- Report weekly on efficiency of all jobs and personnel.
This position is expected to gain expert level knowledge of all the operations within the department in accordance with a multi-phase training guideline.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
