Basic Function
Are you a high-energy leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Revenue Supervisor to oversee the core "spend-and-play" sectors of our park. This is a multi-faceted leadership role where you’ll pivot between managing high-end catering events, high-volume bars, interactive game galleries, and our flagship retail store.
Your mission is to maximize "per-capita" spending by ensuring every shop, stall, and bar is stocked, staffed, and ready to deliver "wow" moments.

Specific Responsibilities
Retail & Merchandising
- Oversee daily operations for all gift shops, apparel kiosks, and souvenir stands and lockers.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are met: displays should be "Instagram-ready," fully stocked, and clean.
- Manage inventory flow from the warehouse to the floor, performing regular cycle counts to minimize loss/shrinkage.
Catering & Event Dining
- Supervise the execution of private corporate picnics, VIP events, and birthday parties.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure food quality and timely service for groups ranging from 50 to 5,000 guests.
Bar & Beverage Operations
- Manage all alcohol service points, ensuring 100% compliance with state liquor laws and safety protocols.
- Monitor beverage costs, manage keg/bottle inventory, and ensure bar staff are practicing responsible service.
Games & Midway
- Drive engagement at midway games and arcade zones; ensure "barkers" and attendants are energetic and inviting.
- Manage high-value prize inventory and ensure game equipment is functional and enticing.
Leadership & Financial Oversight
- Schedule, train, and mentor a large team of seasonal associates across multiple departments.
- Actively monitor team members to ensure strict adherence to all park policies, including dress code, safety protocols, and attendance.
- Supervise POS transactions, audits, and secure cash-handling procedures.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Required
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or theme parks.
- The ability to jump from a retail inventory issue to a catering crisis without breaking a sweat.
- A knack for merchandising and understanding what makes guests want to buy that souvenir hoodie.
- Must be 18+ (to oversee alcohol service) and hold or obtain relevant food safety/alcohol certifications.
- Must be able to work peak hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
