As a Material Handler, you’ll play a key role in keeping production running smoothly by staging, drying, and delivering materials to ensure every product meets our high standards. What You’ll Do:
- Move and stage raw materials for production and return unused materials to the warehouse
- Coordinate dryers, grinders, and regrind material on the production floor
- Monitor equipment and coordinate repairs with Maintenance when needed
- Verify and mix materials according to production requirements
- Keep machines supplied and maintain a clean, organized, and contamination-free area
- Communicate effectively with other shifts, leads, and supervisors
- Complete required documentation accurately and assist in training new team members
What You’ll Bring:
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and perform basic math
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Basic mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn new processes
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 55 lbs. frequently (100 lbs. occasionally)
- Forklift or material handling experience a plus — we’ll provide certification training
