We have hundreds of affiliated Real Broker real estate agents in every state we operate in — and very few (if any) in-market Loan Originators to service the referrals they generate. We need more boots-on-the-ground originators. This is a unique opportunity to get in early and secure your relationships before our team fills out.

Requirements
- Active NMLS license in one of our licensed states (or eligibility to obtain promptly)
- 20+ closed transactions in the past 12 months.
- Working knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo
- Self-starter capable of working a warm agent network without heavy management
- Strong communication skills with agents and borrowers
Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
