The Role & Technical Requirements
We are looking for a specialist who excels in complex installations. Note: You must be able to read schematics and wire equipment independently. If you cannot wire zoning systems or high-efficiency power venters, please do not apply for this Lead role.
Key Installation Responsibilities:
- Hydronic Systems: Full piping of boilers, water tanks, and indirects; wiring zones/thermostats; oil line and burner installation; final start-up and diagnostics.
- Gas & Electric Splits: Full installation of condensers, coils, furnaces, and air handlers. Running line sets, gas lines, and wiring heat pumps/heat strips.
- Mini-Split Specialist: Installation of heads (wall, ceiling, floor mounts), heat pumps, and branch boxes.
- Zoning & IAQ: Expert-level wiring of dampers, multi-zone systems, and Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) equipment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of lead-level HVAC installation.
- Licensing: NH Gas Fitters License (Required).
- Certifications: EPA Universal Certification & HVAC Certification.
- Compliance: Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass a background check/drug screen.
