Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to Hwy 55 standards.

Monitor food quality and consistency.
Kitchen Stations:

Grill Station: Burgers, cheesesteaks, grilled chicken.

Bun Station: Assemble sandwiches to order.

Fry Station: Prepare sides and fried itemsTraining is provided across all stations.
