We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, and dependable Dispatcher to support our growing security operations team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers and plays a critical role in scheduling surveys, estimates, and approved service jobs. Key Responsibilities
Customer Scheduling & Communication
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally and courteously
- Schedule customer surveys, consultations, and estimate appointments
- Follow up on estimates and coordinate scheduling of approved jobs
- Communicate appointment details and updates to customers and technicians
- Maintain a positive customer experience throughout the scheduling process
Dispatch & Operations Coordination
- Manage daily technician schedules and job assignments
- Coordinate scheduling changes and adjustments as operational needs arise
- Ensure accurate entry of customer and job information into company systems
- Monitor job status and assist with schedule optimization
- Support communication between office staff and field technicians
Process Improvement & Technology
- Utilize technology and software platforms to improve scheduling efficiency
- Assist with identifying and implementing process improvements
- Leverage AI tools and automation where appropriate to streamline workflows
- Help develop and maintain efficient operational procedures
- Support initiatives that improve productivity and benefit the entire team
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Comfortable working with computers and digital systems

- Previous dispatching, scheduling, or customer service experience
- Experience working in a service-based industry

Full-Time
Monday – Friday 8a - 5p

This role is essential to delivering an exceptional customer experience while helping our team operate efficiently and effectively. Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
