Strong Beginnings, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team. We are open to both part-time and full-time candidates. We provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA services in a collaborative environment where clinicians are supported by experienced leadership and can focus on delivering quality care rather than managing high caseloads.
This position can be full-time or part-time depending on therapist needs.

Position Summary
The BCBA is responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing parent training, monitoring client progress, and ensuring the delivery of ethical, evidence-based ABA services.
This position primarily serves children receiving early intervention and pediatric ABA services in our clinic.
Essential ResponsibilitiesAssessment & Treatment Planning
- Conduct behavioral and developmental assessments.
- Develop and update individualized treatment plans based on client progress.
- Monitor treatment effectiveness and adjust programming as needed.
Clinical Supervision
- Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians.
- Provide ongoing feedback, mentorship, and clinical guidance.
- Conduct competency assessments and maintain treatment integrity.
Parent & Caregiver Training
- Provide individualized parent and caregiver training.
- Support skill generalization across home and community environments.
Data Analysis & Documentation
- Review clinical data regularly.
- Make data-driven treatment decisions.
- Complete required documentation and reports in a timely manner.
Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with families, staff, and interdisciplinary providers.
- Participate in team meetings and case consultations.
- Support a collaborative, positive clinical environment.
Qualifications Required
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- LBA license from Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners.
- Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or Behavior Technicians.
- Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred
- Experience working with young children with autism spectrum disorder.
- Experience with play-based, naturalistic, or developmental ABA approaches.
- Knowledge of AHCCCS and commercial insurance requirements.
Compliance Requirements
- Successfully pass a background check.
- Obtain an Arizona DPS Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card within 30 days of hire.
- Maintain active BCBA certification throughout employment.
- Maintain an active LBA license issued by the Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners.
Schedule
- Part-time and full-time opportunities available. We'll work with you to create a schedule that fits both your needs and those of our clients.
- Monday–Thursday primary schedule
- Occasional Friday coverage as needed based on client and clinic needs
