What You'll Do

- Process cash, card, and mobile payments quickly, accurately, and securely.
- Ring up purchases, apply discounts and coupons, and issue receipts and change correctly.
- Balance your register at the start and end of each shift and report any discrepancies.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds according to store policy.
- Keep the checkout area clean, stocked, and organized.
Customer Experience
- Greet every customer warmly and deliver a consistently positive, helpful experience.
- Answer questions about products, pricing, promotions, and store policies.
