Qualifications:

Board-certified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
-
Authorized to work in the United States.
-
3 years of CRNA experience with leadership experience preferred.
Scheduling:

Preferred scheduling and work-life balance.
-
40 hours per week and 45 weeks per year.
-
One weekend shift per month.
-
Minimal night shifts per year.
-
No call.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized care plans.

Safely administer anesthesia and manage patients throughout the perioperative continuum.

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and perioperative staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Participate in quality, safety, and workflow initiatives aimed at improving patient care and clinician experience.
