Responsibilities of the Customer Enrollment Associate
- Represent Verizon products and services through direct customer interactions
- Educate potential customers on available wireless, internet, and bundled service options
- Assist customers through the enrollment and account setup process
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication
- Answer customer questions regarding Verizon services and promotions
- Meet individual and team performance goals in a collaborative environment
- Participate in daily meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training programs
- Maintain accurate customer information and complete enrollment documentation
- Support customer retention efforts through exceptional service and follow-up
- Work closely with leadership and fellow Customer Enrollment Associate team members to achieve company objectives
