We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Nail Technician to join our dynamic beauty team! We train on services and are commission based. We are located in the shops at Northbridge mall 520 n. michigan avenue
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art with precision and care
- Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization procedures to ensure client safety and hygiene standards are upheld
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or enhancements
- Stay current with the latest trends in nail design, color theory, and techniques to offer innovative options
- Upsell additional services like hand or foot massages, skin treatments, or retail products to enhance client satisfaction and revenue
- Manage retail sales of nail care products, tools, and accessories effectively using retail math skills
- Build strong relationships through excellent customer service, clear communication skills, and personalized attention
Skills
- Proficiency in various nail care techniques
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols to prevent infections and ensure client safety
- Strong communication skills for engaging clients effectively and upselling services confidently
- Able to promote and market in person and on social media
