Key Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and quality.

Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance, fostering a positive team environment.

Monitor revenue and control costs of goods to maximize profitability.

Utilize extensive wine knowledge to curate an exceptional beverage program.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Collaborate with the culinary team to enhance menu offerings and dining experiences.

Engage with guests to promote a welcoming atmosphere and handle any inquiries or concerns.
Requirements

Proven experience in a general management role within a fine dining restaurant or similar environment.

Extensive knowledge of wines and beverage pairings.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.

Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Experience in hotel and elevated independent restaurant settings is a plus.
