ARC Contracting is a full-service roofing and exterior contractor serving Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. We're scaling and revenue is growing year over year, maintaining and updating a twenty year old established contracting companies professional sales and marketing infrastructure to match our growth as well as stability across residential, insurance restoration, and commercial work.
The Role
We're hiring a Sales & Marketing Manager to take ownership of two functions currently being run on an interim basis by executive leadership: sales team management and marketing/lead generation. This is a hands-on leadership role, not a strategy only position, you'll be managing people and driving pipeline, not just building decks.
What You'll Own
Sales Management
- Lead and coach a multi-channel sales team: residential retail reps, insurance restoration reps, and commercial estimators/reps
- Lead and develop the canvassing and event teams as well as specific sales/marketing office professionals.
- Drive performance against commission-based compensation structures (channel-specific rates plus quarterly bonuses)
- Own pipeline accountability, close rates, and rep productivity across all three channels
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing training for sales staff
- Report performance metrics directly to ownership
Marketing Management
- Run lead generation programs, including storm-response campaigns following hail/wind events
- Manage digital presence, social media, and content calendar
- Develop outreach to institutional and B2B audiences (churches, property management companies, HOAs) for inspection-based lead generation
- Coordinate marketing spend against ROI and lead-to-sale conversion data
Qualifications
- 3+ years in sales management, ideally in roofing, exterior remodeling, home services, or insurance restoration
- Demonstrated experience managing a commissioned sales team across multiple lead sources
- Working knowledge of marketing execution (digital, social, direct outreach) — you don't need to be a designer, but you need to be able to run the machine
- Comfortable with CRM systems and sales reporting
- Strong verbal and written communication; able to run team meetings and one-on-ones with reps
- Valid driver's license

Pay: $105,000.00 - $195,000.00 per year
