Customer Care & Merchandising Representative – Powersports Division
Location: Sleepy Eye
FLSA: Full-time, nonexempt
Wage $20-25 per hour, DOE

Join the Miller Sellner family as our Customer Care & Marketing Representative in our Powersports Division!!! This position shall:
- Serve both external customers and internal teams, strengthening customer relationships
- Drive parts and accessories sales, maintaining floor displays, seasonal clothing, and showroom presence
- Collaborate with Marketing Rep on promotional and novelty items, annual open house, internet sales, and social media
- Assist with day‑to‑day operations across parts, service, and sales; and
- Support overall dealership performance through proactive communication, marketing support, and operational assistance
- Complete sales and customer orders, take inventory, reconcile receipts, and perform services for customers as needed
- Research, read, and comprehend catalogs or computer locations to determine replacement part stock numbers and prices
- Load and unload recreational equipment, at times using skidloader and/or trailer
Qualifications include:
- Exceptional and professional customer service, responsive to coworkers and customers alike
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong computer skills
- Forklift certification, or ability to obtain
- Clean or acceptable MVR
- Two years of post-secondary education or equivalent experience
