Licensing: WE COVER THE COST and assist you through this process. Must obtain or possess valid Property & Casualty insurance license in Minnesota within the first 60 days of hire.

Experience: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or insurance industry is a plus.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with a customer-centric approach.

Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry.

Availability: Able to work Monday to Friday during regular business hours in our Mankato, Minnesota office.

Client Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their insurance coverage needs and provide suitable recommendations.

Sales Support: Assist in selling insurance policies, processing paperwork, and following up with clients.

Customer Assistance: Address inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide exceptional service to maintain client satisfaction.

Policy Consultation: Analyze client requirements and explain insurance options in a clear and concise manner.

Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, update customer information, and ensure efficient office operations.
