Hannon-Murphy Insurance is hiring a Personal Lines Account Manager for our Pembroke office.
We're an independent agency that's been taking care of clients on the South Shore and Cape Cod for over 50 years. We're not a call center and we're not trying to be — when someone calls us, they get a real person who knows their account and actually cares whether they're covered the right way. That's the whole business, and it's why people stay with us.
We're looking for someone friendly and knowledgeable to manage personal lines accounts and be the go-to person for our clients. You'd be helping people figure out their coverage, answering questions, and making sure they've got the protection they need before something goes wrong.

Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Massachusetts Property & Casualty Producer License (Preferred)

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager or similar role.

Demonstrated knowledge of personal insurance products (Home, Auto, Umbrella, etc.).

Proficiency in insurance agency management systems (e.g., Applied Epic, AMS360) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Manage and service a dedicated book of personal insurance clients, acting as their primary point of contact.

Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs.

Handle client inquiries, policy changes, renewals, and claims support with professionalism and efficiency.

Review and analyze existing coverages to recommend appropriate policy adjustments and new product offerings.

Process new business applications, endorsements, and renewals accurately and promptly.

Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate terms and ensure competitive pricing.

Stay updated on industry trends, carrier guidelines, and new insurance products.
