Mechanical assembler for a warehouse manufacturing door company.
Job Duties:
- Operate manufacturing equipment such as rivet guns, and welding tools to produce door frames, panels, and hardware.
- Assemble and finish warehouse doors according to quality specifications.
- Inspect materials and components for defects or inconsistencies before assembly.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure doors meet dimensional, safety, and performance standards.
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines when handling heavy materials, machinery, and tools.
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and comply with workplace safety regulations.
- Participate in inventory management and material handling processes.
- Collaborate with production supervisors and quality assurance teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency with hand and power tools, measuring instruments, and manufacturing equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Physical stamina to lift, move, and assemble heavy components.
- Ability to use a measuring tape
- Familiarity with warehouse door materials (steel, aluminum, composite) and safety standards.
Work Environment
- Fast-paced manufacturing floor with regular physical activity.
- May involve working with heavy materials and machinery.
- Requires adherence to strict quality and safety standards.
Education & Experience:
- Basic literacy required (ability to read and write) / Debe ser capaz de leer y escribir

Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
