Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sample fulfillment Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping sample orders for new and prospective customers. The ideal candidate is honest, detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
· Pick, pack and ship sample orders accurately and efficiently.
· Prepare shipping labels and process shipments using UPS Shipping Software.
· Maintain accurate records of orders and inventory.
· Organize and stock freezer inventory.
· Ensure all shipments meet quality and company standards.
· Keep freezer clean, organized, and safe.
· Work independently while meeting daily deadlines.
Qualifications:
· Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
· Able to work independently and prioritize tasks.
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Basic computer skills required.
· Experience with UPS Speed ship or WorldShip is a plus, but not a requirement.
· Comfortable working in refrigerated and freezer conditions.
· Ability to lift 50 pounds for extended periods.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required.
What We Offer:
· Competitive Pay starting at $18.50.
· Monday-Wednesday 7-3:30 schedule, with occasional Thursday shift available. Friday through Sunday off, no evenings.
