We are currently hiring a motivated Team Member to join our growing organization supporting Verizon Wireless sales and customer engagement initiatives throughout Orange County. This Team Member role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with people, building relationships, and developing skills in sales and customer engagement.
As a Team Member, you will work with customers to promote Verizon Wireless mobile services, assist with account setup, and guide customers through the enrollment process. This position blends sales, customer engagement, and customer service to create a strong overall customer experience.
Team Member - Key Responsibilities:
- Represent Verizon Wireless products as a Team Member, driving sales and customer engagement through in-person interactions
- Support customers through the full enrollment process, ensuring smooth onboarding and strong customer engagement
- Deliver high-quality customer engagement by answering questions, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information
- Identify customer needs and recommend the best wireless solutions to increase sales performance
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enrollments, and daily sales activity
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve sales techniques and customer engagement strategies
- Collaborate with fellow Team Members to meet team-wide sales and customer engagement goals

Pay: $900.00 - $1,300.00 per week
