A DAY IN THE LIFE
In this role, you will…
Assist with managing all auction events by Foreclosure Firm, including processing of asset level information.- Prepare and process all required documents including sale instructions, cancellations & postpones prior to the foreclosure sale or auction day.
- Assist with the foreclosure firm outreach for new sale information as well as sales results.
- Validates accuracy of subject photo and other marketing materials prior to being put on website
WHO YOU ARE
You possess …
One to three years of foreclosure operations experience.- A penchant for excellence. You will use your strong attention to detail to maintain our quality standards.
- The ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, especially the ability to meet tight deadlines for our clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assists with placing orders, collection, and upload of all marketing materials prior to auction
- Validates accuracy of subject photo and other marketing materials prior to being put on website.
- Validate sales date, time & locations prior to sale ensuring data integrity for all assets on the website.
- Assist with the foreclosure firm outreach for new sale information as well as sales results.
- Assist with managing all auction events by Foreclosure Firm, including processing of asset level information.
- Prepare and process all required documents including sale instructions, cancellations and/or postpones prior to the
- foreclosure sale or auction day.
- Assist with data reconciliation, special projects, and additional support surrounding department needs
- Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned
- Perform all other duties as assigned. Support team evaluations and quality control reviews.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- One to three years of foreclosure operation experience.
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SalesForce.
- Good computer skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good customer service skills.
- Experience working with vendors and clients.
