Registered Nurse Mother Baby (Day and Night shifts Available)
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, evaluating physical, psychological, developmental, cultural, spiritual, and lifestyle needs.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans based on patient needs and evidence-based practice.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately in accordance with physician orders and hospital policies.
- Monitor patient responses to treatments and interventions, identifying and addressing changes in condition.
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, and self-care strategies.
- Collaborate with physicians, multidisciplinary teams, and support departments to coordinate high-quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation in the electronic medical record.
- Continuously evaluate patient outcomes and modify care plans as needed to optimize results.
- Adhere to infection prevention, patient safety, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Provide compassionate emotional support and therapeutic communication to patients and their families.
- Delegate and supervise patient care activities to appropriate members of the healthcare team.
- Participate in professional development, continuing education, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Respond effectively to emergency situations and code events, delivering timely life-saving interventions.

- EKG competency as required for the patient population and in accordance with departmental requirements.

- Ability to apply advanced clinical judgment, critical thinking, and analytical reasoning to assess patients, evaluate outcomes, and modify care plans as needed.

Education:
- Associate's of Nursing [Required]
- Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]
