HIRING NOW - Rise + Roam is a modern craft bakery and cafe selling delicious pastries, coffee, and pizzas. We are looking for a full-time, hourly Experienced A.M. Baker to join our team!
***Experience as an AM Baker is a Requirement.***
Hourly rate: $24 - $26 (based on experience plus tips)

Responsibilities
- Have availability to work early morning - 3 am/4am daily and weekends.
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to recipes and specifications.
- Assist in food production processes, ensuring adherence to food safety standards and quality control.
- Assume 100% responsibility for quality of products served.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, following proper food handling procedures.
- Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at assigned stations to assure a smooth service period..
- Utilize knife skills for food preparation tasks while adhering to safety protocols in the kitchen.
Qualifications
- Must have previous experience in baking or pastry production is required.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Have the availability to work early morning - 3 am/4am daily and weekends.
- Have the ability to accurately and efficiently multitask - measuring mixing and baking all at once..
