Responsibilities:
- Generate appointments by making outbound calls to potential customers
- Engage in warm calling to introduce our products and services
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Negotiate and persuade customers to schedule appointments
Skills:
- Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers over the phone
- Proficient in outbound calling techniques and warm calling strategies
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle objections and provide solutions
