Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting ready-mix concrete in a safe and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a ready mix truck
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securement
- Drive to and from designated locations following routes and time schedules
- Perform basic maintenance checks on vehicles
- Assist with shop duties such as washing down truck and material yard duties
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Driver or similar role
- Valid Missouri Class B driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Experience with manual transmission vehicles
- Knowledge of loading/unloading techniques and safety protocols
