We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrator to join our team at Evercare of Edwardsville. The Administrator plays a key role in overseeing daily operations, supporting the healthcare team, and ensuring high-quality service and resident satisfaction in a skilled nursing facility setting.
Provide administrative support to healthcare staff, including scheduling, phones, and correspondence
Oversee daily facility operations and ensure smooth workflow
Coordinate patient/resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance
Assist in managing supplies, staffing coordination, and facility organization
Support quality care delivery and resident satisfaction initiatives
Minimum 5 years of experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred
LNHA (Licensed Nursing Home Administrator) required
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and skilled nursing facility operations
