Working Concrete Foreman - Pay based on experience
Responsibilities:
Manage a team of concrete finishers, carpenters and laborers
Operate skid steer, mini excavator, dozer, etc.
Process paperwork daily and weekly
Layout, site preparation, placement, and finish concrete on a variety of projects.
Subgrade and subbase preparation
Set forms to required grade & layout
Cut/bend/tie reinforcement
Pour, place & finish concrete
Ability to use tools of the trade
Requirements:
5+ years of applicable construction experience.
Associates or Bachelors degree a plus
Must demonstrate a positive attitude.
Ability to work as a member and or team leader
Ability to stand, walk, sit, kneel, balance, stoop
Work outdoors in all weather conditions & seasonal temperatures
- Ability to work long hours determined by scope of work
- Ability to lift minimum weight of 50 lbs.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation, class A CDL a plus
