About Shopall FANS
Shopall FANS is a new retail concept focused on sports, entertainment, and collectible culture. We will offer sports cards, Pokémon cards, collectible packs, trading cards, signed and unsigned memorabilia, and unique fan merchandise. The store will also feature an F1 racing simulator, giving customers an interactive entertainment experience while they shop.
We are looking for energetic, reliable, and customer-focused team members who enjoy sports, collectibles, trading cards, memorabilia, and creating a fun retail experience.
Position Overview
As a Sales Associate at Shopall FANS, you will help customers explore our selection of collectible cards, memorabilia, and entertainment products. You will also assist with the F1 simulator experience, maintain store presentation, process sales, and help keep inventory organized.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has an interest in sports or collectibles, and can bring excitement and professionalism to a new store environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a strong, friendly shopping experience
- Assist customers with sports cards, Pokémon cards, collectible packs, memorabilia, and fan merchandise
- Explain product details, pricing, and promotions clearly
- Operate the POS system and process transactions accurately
- Help manage and organize inventory, displays, and product restocking
- Maintain a clean, professional, and visually appealing store
- Assist customers using the F1 simulator and ensure the experience runs smoothly
- Handle signed and unsigned memorabilia carefully
- Monitor high-value products and help prevent loss or damage
- Support daily opening, closing, and store operations
- Learn about products and stay updated on popular players, teams, cards, and collectibles
Qualifications
- Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred
- Interest in sports, Pokémon, trading cards, collectibles, memorabilia, or F1 is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable using a POS system or willing to learn
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift boxes when needed
- Detail-oriented and able to handle valuable merchandise responsibly
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and flexible retail hours
- If located in an airport: must be able to pass airport badging/security requirements
Preferred Experience
- Knowledge of sports cards, Pokémon cards, trading card games, or memorabilia
- Experience selling collectible or high-value merchandise
- Experience in airport retail, entertainment retail, or specialty retail
- Basic understanding of popular athletes, teams, F1 drivers, and entertainment collectibles
What We’re Looking For
We want team members who are excited to be part of a new store concept. The right person is dependable, positive, sales-focused, and willing to learn. You do not need to be an expert in every category, but you should be interested in the products and comfortable helping customers have a great experience.
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
