Overview
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Scheduler/Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively. You will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding availability, services, and policies.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Skills
- Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations and general aviation practices is preferred.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient analysis skills to assess customer needs and develop effective solutions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to use on-line scheduling and messaging platforms.
- Ability to work weekends
