Knowledge in areas of building & maintaining landscapes; paving stones, natural stone work, masonry, equipment operation and mechanical skills are important and highly preferred. However we as a company are willing to help and train our new team members to become the best they can be and diversify their skills set. Winter operations are sometimes weather dependent but include commercial and residential snow and ice management, some indoor construction work, along with shop/equipment maintenance.
Valid drivers License is required to drive company trucks.
Rate of pay and benefits are negotiable and based on experience.
Start time is immediate, but we can be flexible over the next few weeks before the season begins.

Summary
As a Landscape/Hardscape installation crew member, you will be integral to our construction team, which requires (and exposes) you to a wide variety of specialized knowledge and skill sets. Reporting to the site supervisor, you will utilize your core skills with hand and power tools to execute tasks such as planting, paving, excavation, concrete finishing, veneer work, decks, pool and outdoor kitchen installation. Mechanical knowledge of hand tools, machinery and even heavy equipment is an asset than can be developed on an individual basis. Responsibilities
- Operate hand and power tools to perform masonry and stonework tasks efficiently.
- Safe operation of machinery and heavy equipment.
- Assist in all exterior construction projects.
- Collaborate with team members on construction site tasks.
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Drive to various job sites as required, demonstrating mechanical knowledge for effective problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in landscape and hardscape construction highly preferred but comparable skill and knowledge sets will be taken into consideration.
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools
- Experience with heavy equipment operation preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and skills
- Some familiarity with concrete forming and finishing techniques
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to follow construction plans with management oversight and direction
- Knowledge and adherence of construction site safety protocols
