Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Kennel Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal care and the ability to provide a safe and nurturing environment for pets. As a Kennel Technician, you will be responsible for the daily care of animals in our facility, ensuring their well-being and comfort while maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kennel.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily care for all animals in the kennel, including feeding, watering, and exercising pets.
- Maintain cleanliness of kennels, play areas, and common spaces to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Monitor the health and behavior of animals, reporting any concerns to management.
- Assist with animal restraint during grooming or medical procedures as needed.
- Perform basic grooming tasks such as brushing and bathing pets.
- Maintain accurate records of animal care routines and any incidents that occur during shifts.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all animals receive optimal care.
Experience
- Experience in pet grooming or veterinary technician roles is a plus.
- A strong understanding of kennel operations and pet care practices will enhance your application.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
