Job Summary
Streamlined Properties is seeking a highly organized and proactive Property Management Assistant to support our growing Property Management Division. This role requires working closely with multiple property management companies, tenants, vendors, and internal team members. It is ideal for someone who communicates confidently, responds quickly, and thrives in a fast-paced environment managing diverse property portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
The Property Management Coordinator will:
- Work directly with the Property Management division and coordinate daily tasks across multiple management companies in multiple locations (Madison area)
- Handle incoming rental leads and follow up promptly via phone, email, and online platforms
- Post, update, and manage rental listings across multiple platforms
- Respond to rental inquiries and schedule property showings
- Coordinate tenant move-ins, move-outs, and related documentation
- Manage maintenance requests and communicate with tenants and vendors across different portfolios
- Schedule repairs, track work orders, and follow up to ensure timely completion
- Process tenant communications, notices, and follow-ups through online portals for multiple management companies
- Maintain accurate records, files, and property-related documentation
- Assist with light marketing efforts related to vacancies and rental outreach
- Maintain strict confidentiality of tenant, client, and company information
- Monitor property cleanliness and hygiene standards, including coordination of trash removal, common-area cleanliness, and basic property upkeep
- Report property condition issues and coordinate corrective actions with vendors or maintenance teams
- Work independently, show initiative, and remain reliable under indirect supervision
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple properties and clients simultaneously
- Prior experience in property management, leasing, or real estate support is a plus
- Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged (Spanish/English preferred)

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
