The Ninja Gym is hiring a Birthday Party Lead to run our weekend birthday parties — a role known for delivering the five-star, white-glove service our families count on.
Compensation: $20/hour Schedule: Part-time, weekends only (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) — flexible between Saturdays and Sundays, 5-15 hours/week depending on party volume Experience: None required — full paid training provided (2-3 weekends) Requirements: Must be 18+
About the Role This is not a behind-the-scenes support role. The Birthday Party Lead is the person who makes sure every party runs on time, every problem gets solved in the moment, and every guest leaves with a five-star experience. You'll oversee a team of 2-5 party hosts, serve as the primary point of contact for parents, and set the tone for the entire event.

- Leading and coaching a teen staff team to execute at 100%, every party
- Owning parent communication before, during, and after each event
- Solving problems in real time without missing a beat
- Upholding safety standards and Ninja Gym program guidelines
- Representing the brand's reputation for exceptional service
