General Responsibilities:
The Employment Specialist supports customers (individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities) of The Arc Nature Coast with employment skills as follows:
Develops vocational employment opportunities and outcomes for customers including individual job placements, enclave/crew development, subcontract procurement, customer service, general organizational quality improvement, planning, reporting and evaluation as required. The Employment Specialist is also responsible for learning contract and regulatory requirements and the service process flow for all employment-related areas.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Position Requirements and Qualifications:
- A valid Florida driver license, clean driving record, minimum 3 years' driving experience
- Be at least 21 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Be reliable and self-motivated
- Be proficient with Microsoft Word and familiar with Microsoft Excel
