American Traveler is hiring a Home Health RN for a field nurse role in the Rockville, MD area, requiring HCHB experience and a productivity standard of 5 patient visits per day.

Home health field nursing role covering the Rockville office, with some coverage of the Silver Spring office

Patient population includes all-diagnosis discharges from hospitals, MD offices, and SNFs
-
Productivity expectation of 5 patient visits per day

Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (5x8-hour shifts)

No weekend or holiday work required

No on-call responsibilities

Active MD or Compact RN license required

Current BLS certification required
-
Minimum 1 year of home health nursing experience required

HCHB (Homecare Homebase) EMR experience required

Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

Two professional references required for consideration

Provide skilled nursing visits to patients across a variety of diagnoses in a home health setting

First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
