About the Position
We are seeking a polished, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Concierge to join our luxury residential community in Hallandale Beach. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors, providing exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, security, and hospitality.

Responsibilities
- Welcome residents, guests, vendors, and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
- Manage visitor registration and access control procedures.
- Assist residents with general inquiries and service requests.
- Monitor security matters and report unusual activity.
- Coordinate with management, maintenance staff, and security personnel.
- Maintain accurate visitor and resident records.
- Assist with administrative tasks, filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Schedule amenities and common area reservations when applicable.
- Ensure the lobby and reception area remain clean, organized, and presentable.
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous concierge, hospitality, luxury residential, hotel, or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Comfortable learning new property management software.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
