Responsibilities and Duties:
PROVEN TRACK RECORD AS A PERSONAL INJURY INTAKE SPECIALIST REQUIRED.
Take incoming calls regarding new cases.
Get new leads directly to the attorney.
Follow up with new leads as needed.
Schedules new client meetings
Gets new client paperwork and packet in place for the scheduled meeting.
Makes sure every lead is followed up with immediately.
Follow up with ongoing leads
Requires on-call immediate availability
