The CDL Driver / Operations Support person is responsible for the safe, timely, and professional transportation and delivery of agricultural products, equipment, and materials to company locations, customers, and fields. This full-time position prioritizes CDL driving, product delivery, and customer service, while also supporting basic facility/equipment upkeep, shop organization, and general maintenance tasks during non-peak application periods.

Maintenance / Facility Support
(Completed as needed, often during slower delivery windows or seasonal transitions.)

Perform basic preventative maintenance tasks under direction (examples may include):

Greasing, checking fluids, changing filters (if trained/authorized), light mechanical support

Help with seasonal preparation and wrap-up tasks such as:

Cleaning equipment, winterization, staging products, organizing parts and supplies

Assist with loading/unloading, inventory movement, and site support as needed.
Required Qualifications

Valid Class A CDL with acceptable driving record.

Ability to pass pre-employment and ongoing requirements that may include:

DOT physical, drug/alcohol testing, and background checks (as required by role/assignment)

Strong commitment to safety and compliance; ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing schedules.

Comfortable working in outdoor environments and around agricultural products.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending, kneeling, and operating equipment.
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in agricultural trucking, fertilizer/chemical delivery, or agronomy operations

Basic mechanical aptitude or maintenance experience.
