Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted legal advisor to executive leadership on business and legal matters.
- Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients regarding their rights, obligations, and legal options.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on a variety of issues and emerging legal developments.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, mediations, and other legal forums.
- Negotiate favorable resolutions and settlements on behalf of clients.
- Maintain accurate case files and documentation while ensuring effective client communication throughout the legal process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify legal risks and develop practical solutions.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active membership and good standing with the Arizona State Bar.
- Strong knowledge of legal principles, procedures, and litigation practices.
- Exceptional legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to draft precise, persuasive, and professional legal documents.
- Experience handling litigation matters and courtroom proceedings.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
