As a barista at Native Fields LLC, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding coffee and specialty drinks to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing high-quality espresso drinks quickly and consistently, even during busy service.
- Dialing in espresso and maintaining drink consistency with strong attention to presentation and quality.
- Showcasing your latte art skills (preferred) to enhance the guest experience.
- Developing creative seasonal coffee and specialty drink recipes.
- Multitasking between drink preparation, taking orders, restocking, and cleaning.
- Keeping the barista station clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
- Following recipes and portion standards to ensure consistency.
- Collaborating with our Front of House (FOH) and kitchen teams to create a seamless workflow.
- Engaging with guests in a friendly, outgoing manner to make them feel welcome.
To thrive in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:

At least 3 years of barista experience with strong espresso and coffee knowledge.
- Comfortable dialing in espresso and maintaining consistent quality.
- Creative mindset and a passion for developing unique coffee and drink offerings.
- Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.
- Must have reliable transportation and consistent weekend availability.
- A valid Food Handler Card (or willingness to obtain one upon hire).
